they're under the businessname sketchoscribes or something like that but looking at your list, they're surprisingly absent.

Also no Booktopia and Aeon. Though I always wondered why the 2ndhand shops like Books for Less and Booksale never joined in?

Ah well, I can always go on a local books-buying spree.

Fully Booked has operated under several different company names (including Bibliarch and Sketchbooks) but a little birdie told me they're not participating so...

Booktopia and Aeon I think are still too small, or don't think the profits will be worth the expense (and remember in addition to paying the organizers a fee for the booth, they'll most likely have to sell their products at a rate lower than their norm). For the most part, sales exist to get rid of old stocks.

As for the likes of Books for Less and Book Sale, I don't think it fits their target audience, just as there won't be any Book Sale branches popping up in Serendra any time soon (part of it is the image they're projecting).

Books for Less and Booksale cannot participate in the fair since they are a "second-hand"/closeout bookstores and the book fair deals with "new" releases and trade of "newly" published/new editions of books.

and i'm sorry to hear about fully booked not participating. though i hope they have their own booksale in their branches to compensate for non-participation.
