Snap Shots Test Drive

I just installed a new widget, Snap-Shots, and we'll see whether my blog is better for it or not. Since I'm using Blogger, it was a simple process and never had to do any coding. Still, one rule of design is that just because you can add a feature doesn't mean you should. So, like it or don't like it?

Edit: Your browser needs to be Firefox and you'll probably need to disable some pop-ups.

Personally I find it annoying when I come across any webpage using this "program." It's obtrusive, and doesn't add anything I can't do with one click or keystroke. I'm actually glad Adblock blocks it, I don't want to have my browser downloading/loading anything without my explicit permission. I don't mind ads that are reasonably placed or organized, but having a popup in the middle of content is just as bad as the pop-up storms of the pre-Firefox and IE7 era.

It also works in IE, but I think forcing readers to do something they don't want to do (i.e., use a different browser or enable/disable functions) is breaking a sense of trust that they can get to your content with as minimal hassle as possible.
