Safety Net

Some days, I wonder, why don't I submit fiction to international publications? Are local publications a crutch, a complacent place where I am not intimidated by the process?

Of course while such an epiphany is enlightening, I need to start writing some actual stories for me to attempt submitting them. As it is, my completed stories were already published last year and a few await revision depending on the review of my peers.

you could re-submit your work to international publications, too, as long as the local publishers are ok with it! although nothing beats submitting something fresh, of course :)
