Just plugging that the The 29th Manila International Book Fair is from Sept. 12 - 16, 2008. There's a couple of events, including a Publish or Perish! seminar on Sept. 14, from 1 pm - 3 pm.
Last year I had a blog entry on some book fair tips and it seems a good advice as any.
