Mayor and Secretary of Agrarian Reform Beat Up Fellow Golfers

A few hours ago, I was about to post a blog entry unaware that it was a hoax. (Thankfully, keen eyesight and a careful hesitation gave me prudence.) Anyway, here's a blog entry that's too important not to talk about (and if it proves to be a hoax later on, so be it):

At around 1:30 PM today, at Valley Golf and Country Club, Antipolo City, Mayor Nasser Pangandaman, Jr., Mayor of Masiu City, Lanao del Sur, his father, Secretary Nasser Pangandaman of the Department of Agrarian Reform, and company, beat my defenseless 56-year-old dad and my 14-year-old brother to a pulp because of some stupid misunderstanding on the golf course.
In the past few months, I've spotted blog entries like this. Injustices that wouldn't otherwise gain media coverage if it wasn't for blogs.

This is a country where bullies rule. If you've got power and wealth, you CAN break the law and get away with it. Most people here take the side of whoever has the biggest and the most number of guns.
