Thanks for the link, Charles, but I can't take credit for that interview. That was conducted by Maja Branovački, who posts interviews on occasion at the OF Blog under the screen name of Lotesse.
I heard this morning they had struck a deal and Macmillan's eBooks will be offered at a higher price. Haven't checked the Buy Now buttons though.
