Powerbooks had this promo last month but I didn't find out until it was too late but it seems they're going to do this on a monthly basis (they changed December to January!). Basically, Powercard Plus members who are birthday celebrants get a one-time 40% discount on any purchase (subject to limitations written in the fine print).
