My spies have just informed me that Philippine Genre Stories Vol. 4 will be available later this afternoon at Comic Quest Megamall and SM City. Hopefully by next week, it should also be available in other locations.The cover is done by Eisner Award-winning artist Lan Medina. Here's the table of contents:
