Filipino Astronomer

I was listening to Astronomy Cast when I heard the hosts mention that a Filipino astronomer discovered a red spot in Jupiter that was previously white. Apparently it's old news and occurred last year but it's great to hear that a countryman is making breakthroughs is the field of astronomy. Anyway, the astronomer is Christopher Go who is based in Cebu and has been accepted into the American Astronomical Society.
