It's Sunday morning and if the rumors/press-releases are to be believed, it should be crime-free for the next few hours as every Filipino is glued to their TV sets watching the upcoming Manny Pacquiao boxing match.


Anyway, once every year, I guest star in Anansi Girl's show to do a podcast. For this year, we interviewed Budjette Tan and Kajo, the writer and artist pair behind Trese. |MP3|



What I really dig about the local comics community is that everyone shows up to support their fellow artists. Didn't realize that yesterday was when Jay Anacleto (Marvels: Eyes of the Camera) was supposed to be dropping by and doing a public signing at Comic Odyssey but there you go.

Everyone was there, from Gerry Alanguilan (Elmer), Leinil Francis Yu (Secret Invasion, New Avengers), Marco Dimaano (Angel Ace, Ninja Girl KO!), and lots and lots of other artists.
