According to Guardian Unlimited Books, ITV3 commissioned a survey among 16 - 34 year olds to find out who the most popular children's author was. (Before I ask why 16 - 34 year olds, what was the basis of the demographic and it's eerie that it was surveyed for the Ronald Dahl weekend.)
