Deep in the bowels of Tomas Morato is another bookstore, Libreria, which is on sale until the end of the month. Most books go up to 50% off, which include fiction books. It also has a cafe and wi-fi access.
Opposite of it, if you just take a small stroll, is Bound Bookstore, a quaint shop run by journalists. I think I saw the entire Deathgate Cycle by Weis and Hickman there going for less than P50 each, as well as her lesser known titles such as Dark Sword and Rose of the Prophet trilogies. Oh, and some David Eddings books too...
